Villa Elisa is a nice property renovated according to Tuscan-country style and composed of a big farmhouse, a two-room unit, a dependance, and is ideal to host up to 13 people. It is laid down among Cortona hills, where the gaze wanders along the entire valley and reaches the shores of the Trasimeno Lake. The main house is developed on three floors: the living area is composed of two spacious living rooms, both with comfortable sofas and TVs, and a beautiful kitchen with a central kitchen island and provided with every modern comfort. Next to the kitchen there are two large dining rooms.
Every detail counts.
From the TV room, one enters the private SPA with sauna, hot tub for 4 people, gym equipment, bathroom with shower box, and relax area with a view of the valley. The sleeping area, situated on the first floor and also accessible from the outside, is composed of 4 bedrooms, 2 double and 2 twins, and 3 bathrooms. On the same floor, there also is a wide living room with a fireplace and access to the outer terrace with table and chairs, ideal to relax or to taste an aperitif with a magnificent view of the valley. A few meters from the villa, there is a characteristic stone annex composed of a sitting room with TV, a pretty country-style kitchen, a single bedroom, and a double bedroom with a bathroom.
Outdoor Features
The infinity pool is located in a panoramic position and is 15 x 5 m; it is surrounded by the garden and puts a terrace with sun chairs and sunbeds at guests' disposal. From the swimming pool, one reaches also the gazebo equipped with a big stone table, ideal to taste great dinners in the open air, a stone BBQ, and the wood-burning oven. The villa is surrounded by the well-maintained and verdant garden that gently goes downhill towards a 10-acre olive grove that surrounds the whole property. Villa Elisa is situated in a strategic position a few minutes from Cortona town center, which can be reached on foot by those who love to walk. A restaurant, ideal to taste romantic dinners, and a coffee bar offering also grocery service, where to find authentic Tuscan sandwiches, salami, cheeses, and wines, are located less than 1 km from the villa. Cortona and its craftsmen shops, restaurants, and historically relevant places, is only 2 km away.
