Villa Lucia accommodates up to 8 guests and features 4 bedrooms, each with a private bathroom. Every space in the villa follows its own distinctive style. On the ground floor, you'll find a spacious and beautiful kitchen, fully equipped and connected to a large pantry and laundry room. Here, you'll find a washer and dryer, a sink, and a very spacious storage area. The kitchen is equipped with a full range of large and small appliances, perfect for cooking enthusiasts.

The adjacent living room is furnished with a sofa, armchairs, a TV, and a reading nook with a view of the garden. The dining room is very spacious and bright, offering a beautiful view of the outdoors while dining. Right in front of the kitchen is a large wrought-iron gazebo with a table and chairs for outdoor dining, as well as a modern barbecue.
From the studio, as well as from the garden, one can access a beautiful dining room with a wide table which can host all the guests of the house as well as another large sitting room with fireplace.
